The Society for Women Engineers
The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a not-for-profit educational and service organization that empowers women to succeed and advance in the field of engineering, and to be recognized for their life-changing contributions as engineers and leaders. Founded in 1950, SWE is the driving force that establishes engineering as a highly desirable career for women through an exciting array of training and development programs, networking opportunities, scholarships, outreach and advocacy activities, and much more.

The National Society for Black Engineers
NSBE's mission is to increase the number of culturally responsible black engineers and scientists who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community. NSBE is comprised of more than 270 chapters on college and university campuses, 75 Alumni Extension chapters nationwide and 75 Pre-College chapters.

EGG was co-created by Graeme Devine, Nada Miljkovic and Pat Reilly with the intentions of bringing together all facets of game lovers from developers, creators, researchers and players on a monthly basis in Santa Cruz California. EGG hosts monthly meetings, usually on the 1st Thursday, with a guest speaker discussing specific games or where the industry is headed.
